Arriving at check-in and finding no staff present was incredibly frustrating after a long walk. I had to leave and find accommodation elsewhere.

pleasant stay with great amenities
The room was well-equipped, featuring ample tea, coffee, and biscuits for our stay. The modern bathroom was a highlight, especially the jet bath which we enjoyed thoroughly each night.
The location offered limited local dining options.

would definitely stop here again
The room was clean with a comfy bed and had a private bathroom. Amenities included a flat-screen TV, heating, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The kitchen was a nice touch, though I didn't use it. There’s a spa area with a sauna and Jacuzzi, which was a highlight.

Clean rooms, modern bathroom with jet bath, small shop opposite the hotel
It would be helpful to include the lockbox code in the initial email to simplify check-in processes!!! The layout of the room felt unfinished without a proper headboard, which is a basic expectation.

Charming stay with friendly service
I had a lovely one-night stay in a King Room. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to help out with our queries, making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, especially appreciated the jacuzzi bath. it would be great if dining options were available on-site as it would enhance convenience.

I stayed in a Superior King Room and it was pretty comfy. The bed was super cozy, and the linens were fresh and clean. The en suite bathroom was modern, too. Just a heads up, though, there wasn't any info about hotel services in the room, so that was a bit frustrating. But overall, can't complain about the room itself!

Had an awesome weekend getaway with friends! We explored nearby cycling trails and even hit up a traditional games room. The hotel had a small car park, but there was an adjoining public one. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely check out the local pubs for a great evening meal.
Had a bit of an issue when checking in. Arrived late and found no one at reception to help out with key access, which was frustrating.

Great coffee but service needs work
I checked in after a long walk, super eager to shower and relax, but no one was around to help. I wasted 15 mins ringing bells before giving up and finding another place. On the bright side, the coffee shop serves an amazing latte, and the sofas are the best! But didn’t get to stay, kept waiting instead.
